In short
An AI chatbot for a gym, fitness studio or yoga studio answers the questions people ask before they join or come to a class: how much a membership costs, whether there's a trial, which classes you run, when you're open and what to bring. Nexoply answers only from the information you give it or import from your website, and says so when it doesn't know. It links to your own sign-up or class booking page, phone or WhatsApp, replies in 12 languages and is added with one line of code.
- Answers membership, price, class and opening-hour questions at any hour, including while you're teaching.
- Uses only your own information, imported from your website and approved by you.
- Links to your sign-up page, class booking app, phone or WhatsApp; it doesn't sell memberships, book classes or take payments.
- Replies in 12 languages, useful in multilingual cities and for visitors dropping in.
- Free plan with 50 conversations a month; works on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or custom HTML.
Why gyms and studios use an AI chatbot
Most people look at a gym's website before they ever walk in, often late in the evening, and they want quick answers. How much is a membership? Is there a joining fee? Can I try a class first? Do I need to bring my own mat? If you're on the floor coaching or teaching a class, those messages wait, and some of those people never come back.
An AI chatbot on your website answers those questions from your own information: membership options, prices, class types, timetable and house rules. When someone is ready, it sends them to your sign-up page, class booking app, phone or WhatsApp. The same works for CrossFit boxes, Pilates and yoga studios, martial arts schools, climbing gyms and personal training studios.
Nexoply isn't a live-chat inbox you have to watch between sessions. It replies on its own from your information only, and every conversation is saved in your dashboard. What information to add
The assistant can only be as complete as the information behind it. A checklist for a gym or studio:
- Membership options and class packs with prices, joining fees, minimum terms and what each one includes.
- Trial classes, intro offers and drop-in prices.
- Class types, levels and durations, with a sentence on who each class suits.
- Your regular weekly timetable, and a note that the booking app shows live availability.
- Opening hours, staffed hours, holiday hours and access rules.
- Cancellation, freeze and late-cancellation policies for memberships and classes.
- Facilities: changing rooms, showers, lockers, parking, equipment you provide.
- Personal training, nutrition coaching or workshops, with prices.
- Your sign-up link, class booking app, phone, WhatsApp and email.
- A health note, for example “If you have an injury or a health condition, please speak to a trainer or your doctor before starting”.
Memberships, trials and class bookings: how the assistant hands off
Nexoply doesn't sell memberships, book classes or take payments, and it doesn't connect to gym management or class booking software. It can't see how many spots are left in tonight's class or look up a member's account. Its job is everything that comes before signing up or booking: answering questions clearly, then sending people to the tools you already use.
- Add your links to your information. When someone asks how to join or book a class, the assistant gives your sign-up page, booking app link, phone or WhatsApp, exactly as you wrote them.
- Put the next step on the start screen. Start-screen buttons such as “Book a trial class”, “Membership prices”, “Timetable” or “WhatsApp” take people straight there.
- Say how live availability works. Add a line such as “For free spots and to book a class, please use our booking app”. Questions about tonight's class then get a clear answer instead of a guess.
- Account questions. The assistant can't see memberships, payments or bookings. Tell it who handles freezes, cancellations and billing questions, for example “email the front desk at…”.
How to set it up
Create a free account
Sign up free. No AI key and no technical setup; Nexoply runs the AI.
Import your website
Enter your website address. Nexoply reads your public pages, including your prices and timetable pages, and suggests services, prices, FAQs, policies and hours.
Review and complete
Check every price and add what your website doesn't say: joining fees, freeze rules, what to bring, the health note.
Make it look like your gym
Match your colors and logo, choose a round button or a side tab that says “Questions?” or “Try a class”, and add start-screen buttons like “Book a trial class”, “Prices” and “WhatsApp”. The live preview shows the result.
Paste one line of code
Copy the install code into your site's footer, just before </body>. See the Wix guide or the WordPress guide.
<script src="https://nexoply.com/widget.js" data-chatbot="YOUR-KEY" async></script>Open your site, ask a question, and check it appears under Conversations. The full setup is described in how Nexoply works.
Reviewing conversations and improving answers
Every conversation is saved in your dashboard, so you can read what people asked and what the assistant replied. The assistant is instructed to say when it doesn't know rather than guess; like any AI it isn't perfect, which is why reviewing conversations matters.
- Questions it couldn't answer are listed, and you can turn the useful ones into FAQs in one click. Questions about kids' classes, sauna access or guest passes often show up here.
- Topics and busiest times show what people want to know and when they ask, for example in January or before summer.
- Pages where the chat was opened show whether questions come from your prices page, timetable or homepage.
- PDF export lets you share conversations with your coaches or front-desk team.
Tips for gyms and studios
- Put your trial or intro offer as the first start-screen button; it's the step most newcomers are looking for.
- Write prices exactly as you sell them, including joining fees and minimum terms, so nobody is surprised at sign-up.
- Use page rules to show a different button on your timetable or prices page, for example a side tab that says “Book a class”.
- If members come from different language backgrounds, the assistant replies in 12 languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese and Korean.

Frequently asked questions
Can the chatbot sign people up or take membership payments?
No. Nexoply doesn't sell memberships or take payments. It answers questions about your options and prices, then links to your sign-up page, phone or WhatsApp, where the sign-up happens.
Can it book classes or show free spots?
No. It doesn't connect to class booking or gym management software, so it can't see availability or reserve a spot. Add your booking app link and a line such as “For free spots, please use our booking app”, and it will send people there.
Can members freeze or cancel their membership in the chat?
No. The assistant can't see member accounts. It can explain your freeze and cancellation rules as you wrote them and tell members who to contact.
Will it give training or health advice?
It answers from your gym's information only. For questions it has no information on, such as whether an exercise suits someone's injury, it says it doesn't know; add a health note that tells people to speak to a trainer or their doctor.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. You create a free account, import or type your memberships, classes and policies, and paste one line of code into your website. Nexoply runs the AI, so there's no AI key to manage.
Does it work on Wix or Squarespace?
Yes. It works on any site where you can add a script tag. Wix needs a premium plan with a connected domain for custom code; Squarespace needs the Business plan or higher for code injection.
